  • Standard Delivery: Between 24 and 72 hours, depending on your location.
  • Express Delivery: Available in certain areas, delivered within 24 hours (additional fees may apply).

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance and weight of the items. The exact costs will be displayed at checkout.

2. Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, here are our return conditions:

Return Conditions

  • Products can be returned within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their packaging and accessories intact.
  • Some products are not eligible for returns, such as:

Return Procedure

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days via the original payment method.

Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective product or an incorrect order, SAMMARKET will cover all return costs and provide an exchange or full refund.
